What is your refund policy?
We offer refunds/exchanges on any Waiter Caddies within 60 days of your order. If it is after this time-frame please don't hesitate to contact us directly. We offer refunds/exchanges on all other products within 60 days only if the product is good condition to re-sell. We do not refund shipping costs and do not pay for return labels unless the issue is our fault (faulty product/wrong item/etc.). We work hard to make our customers happy and have very few returns, so please don't hesitate to contact us directly if you are unhappy or in need of assistance!

What are my shipping options?
We offer a flat rate $6.65 per order for orders under $100, and ship this via USPS Priority Mail 1-3 days (the delivery date is not guaranteed, but usually on time). Priority Mail shipping is offered at a tiered rate based on the amount of product ordered.
If you would prefer a guaranteed 1-2 day delivery, you can select USPS Express Mail 1-2 days for a fee of $22 per $100 of items ordered. For example, an order of $123.45 would result in a shipping fee of $44. If we are able to ship your order cheaper, we will refund any extra shipping cost to you.
*Express Shipping is guaranteed 1-2 days after we ship it. We ship within 24 hours of your order. USPS does not include holidays or Sundays in delivery time.
Canadian orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, and the charge is $25.00 per $100 ordered. For example, an order total of $94.15 would incur a $25.00 shipping fee; a $135.00 order total would incur a $50.00 shipping fee. If we are able to ship your order cheaper, we will refund any extra shipping cost to you. You are welcome to email us for a shipping estimate on a specific order amount if you feel the shipping cost is too high in the online system.
How fast can I get my order?
Orders usually ship within 48 business hours. If there is a delay you will be notified.
USPS Priority Mail 1-3 days. USPS Priority Mail is not guaranteed for delivery within the dates specified (1-3 days), but is almost always on time. If you would like to guarantee your order will be there in 1-2 days, please select USPS 1 Day Express Shipping.
The tracking number for my order is not showing tracking information.
If your order has only recently shipped, wait a few hours and check again - most likely the Post Office has not scanned it yet, or their system isn't updating. If your order shipped more than 24 hours ago, the label may have a blemish, the Post Office system may not be updating, or the initial scan was not done correctly by USPS.
